Hello, I am Lisa Bozaich, the founder and lead designer of
ACT I & II, DRAMATIC STAGING,
I am a Certified and Accredited Staging Professional and I am a current member of the International Association of Certified Staging Professionals,
the International Association and Greater Sacramento and Sierra Foothills Chapters of Home Staging Professionals, Stagedhomes.com and a current member of R.E.S.A. Real Estate Staging Professionals, as well as a
National Affiliate with the Women's Council of Realtors.
I recently became Certified as an LGLS,
Live Green, Live Smart Stager through the Green Build Science Institute.
ACT I & II, DRAMATIC STAGING is one of the only local
"Green" Staging companies in Northern California.
I received my Staging Accreditation in 2005
and my Staging Certification in 2008.
I have successfully staged many homes for sale, redesigned residential properties, professional offices, retail showrooms, exhibits, trade shows
and coordinated as well as staged many events in the
Greater Sacramento Area, El Dorado, Placer, Nevada and Yolo Counties.
I have recently been working in the American River Canyon staging cabins and vacation homes along the Hwy 50 corridor and at Lake Tahoe!
As a cabin owner in the USFS and a former secretary/treasurer of one of the milestone tracts homeowners associations,
I abide by all the current rules and regulations associated with home and cabin ownership in the United States Forest Service.
Another area of expertise is in retail showroom staging
and exhibit staging for trade shows.
